We make decisions to go over and above on a daily basis and with our motto of ‘Every little thing matters’, we ensure that the family are called the day before the cremation, we transport their loved one ourselves to a local crematorium and their ashes will be collected by us so that continuity of care is maintained thoughout when we enable ashes to return to a family.
